Services. HOLLYWOODCLEANING provides Deep Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning, Apartment Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning, Residential Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by HOLLYWOODCLEANING or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

End of Use. HOLLYWOODCLEANING may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

As-Is Basis. https://hollywoodcleaningny.com is provided on an "as is" basis. HOLLYWOODCLEANING makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, HOLLYWOODCLEANING's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify HOLLYWOODCLEANING from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by NY law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in NY for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
